We booked last minute, so were grateful for the space they had for us on a busy and sunny day. Oysters were served only with lime, which was a little unusual, so we asked for vinegarette. The waiter poured something red on our oysters, which was not vinegarette 😅 It was sweet, possibly a liquor, but certainly not an oyster garnish. It would have been better without.The mixed fish platter was good, but the spare ribs were tasty yet very dry. We also enjoyed the bottle of wine.Overall, it was OK. Any shortcomings with the food were made up for by the friendly staff, fun decor, and nice atmosphere.

A very quaint cosy restaurant.  The food is certainly of a high quality. Service is as it should be, perfect.  It is our &quot;go to&quot; when we want to impress guests too. Recommended!

The oysters are really damn good, so fresh and so juicy! One of the best we had in Netherlands.The warm Asian fish starter is like Japanese style and tastes good, bread with Spanish meat is okay, main dish with fish are also nice and size is perfectly enough.

Met z&rsquo;n twee&euml;n  hebben wij  heerlijk genoten  van  het specialiteiten menu van de chef . wij kregen een  zes gangen  voorgeschoteld met verse producten die met veel smaak bereid waren. Prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding was heel mooi!Daarbij een werden wij heel vriendelijk geholpen .Le Bateau heeft voor ons een heerlijke avond verzorgd, complimenten aan de koks en de prima gastvrouw!

With the two we enjoyed the speciality menu of the chef. We got a six-fold advanced with fresh products that were prepared with a lot of taste. Price/quality ratio was very beautiful! We were very friendly with one of them.Le Bateau has provided us a nice evening, compliments to the cock and the great guest!

Lekker en gezellige gegeten, zeer aardige bediening, restaurant klein en krapjes zou iets meer restaurant sfeer ervan maken, nu lijkt het op een eetcafe en het is meer dan dat. Het eten was erg goed, wat ik wel erg jammer vind is dat men alleen friet erbij serveert en niet geb.aardappeltjes of kroketjes. Friet is snel klaar en handig maar meer keus is beter.

Delightful and pleasant food, very nice service, small restaurant and craps would make a little more restaurant atmosphere, now it looks like a cafe and it&#39;s more than that. The food was very good, but I feel very sorry that one serves only frites and not gives potatoes or crochets. Frites is quick ready and handy but more choice is better.
